My last day in Japan.
Packed up the night before and checked out this morning :(
Since my flight back to KL, Malaysia was at 11.30pm, I still had one full day in Tokyo.
After checking out, I left my luggage with the hostel staff who promised to take care of it.
The last thing for me to do in Tokyo was taking a picture of the famous 1:1 scale Gundam! Lucky for me, it was moved back to Odaiba recently else I would have to travel more than an hour on the shinkansen to see it in Shizuoka.
To get to Odaiba, I took the Yurikamome train from Shimbashi Station (yamanote line) and got off at Daiba Station 15 minutes away.

Oh did I mention that there are lots of awesome looking building in Odaiba?
Like this one here:
Fuji TV Building |
The main attractions in Odaiba are mostly within walking distance from Daiba Station. However, it's quite the bad idea if it's a hot day >.<
Telecom Centre |
Shirahoshi Hime and Poo head |
and I have no idea what that Poo-head-gundam-looking thing is -.-'
I had a rough idea that the 1:1 scale Gundam is outside DiverCity Tokyo Plaza building, but no idea at all the exact location. So I thought I'll have my lunch first xD 1:1 scale Gundam can wait.

phew, it was a hot day out! look at the sun! and the clear sky >.<
but it was worth it >.<
Though, it'll be awesome if it was the real thing XD
Since it was still early, I thought I'll walk over to Venus Fort (shopping mall that sort of resembles The Venetian in Macau / old European town) .
View of Fuji TV building & DiverCity from Venus Fort. Yes, I walked here under the blazing hot sun orz
Inside Venus Fort:
Nothing much in it and pretty quiet in my opinion.
Can't compare it with The Venetian (of course!)
Left the place after some photos >.<
Walking over to Aquacity Odaiba, another shopping mall in the area. You can get a good view of the Rainbow Bridge from here. I didn't visit any of the museums in the area since I would to pay the entrance fee and I'm not that much interested in them.
View of Rainbow Bridge from wooden deck in front of Aquacity.
Oh, mini replica version of Statue of Liberty XD
There were people fishing down there, and lots of tourists taking pictures on the deck despite the weather.
It was about 3pm when I left Odaiba. So I went to Shibuya to hang around and also to pass some stuff to a friend. Was hanging around Tsutaya and checking out CDs, took a picture of Taiyo Scandalous (SCANDAL's single) booth and tweeted it. Then something or someone caught my eyes... I thought I saw MAMI >.< well, it was the release date/day for the single. The next second I saw one of the (SCANDAL) members' tweet about being in Tsutaya (with a picture of the booth if I remember correctly).
So there was 80% possibility of me not dreaming seeing MAMI in Tsutaya but she already left the place :/ Oh well.
Grabbed a Starbucks Frap and sat in Starbucks overlooking Shibuya Crossing while waited for my friend. After an hour or so, he came and I passed him his stuff and we went to Tower Records to see if we can stalk SCANDAL after someone tweeted that they'll be there for an event or something to no avail lol.
Finally, we went to Harajuku to get some stuff from Daiso before parting ways.
I had my last dinner in Japan near my accommodation before collecting my luggage from the staff :(
