Thrifty Finds Turned Into Halloween Treasure

Well perhaps not treasure but I did take my thrifted wreath frame that looked like this:

and  added some thrifted burlap with the help of the video.  Then created some crepe paper flowers, added a variety of skulls and produced my very first Halloween prop of 2019.
