KHEEMA MASALA DOSA

Hi All,

KHEEMA MASALA DOSA!! I made kheema few days before and with that one dish I made varieties of dosa and impressed my whole family.The kheema masala is so easy to make and you can make in advance and store it for a day.The combination of kheema with dosa tastes awesome.
The recipe is so simple and here below,

INGREDIENTS :
Dosa batter – 1 cup.( recipe link here)
Mutton Kheema gravy – 1/4 cup (recipe link here).


METHOD :
  1. There is no complicated recipe for this dish , just combine two recipes and create a yummy dish.
  2. Heat you iron skillet and drizzle few drops of oil and spread it evenly.

  3. Pour a laddle full of dosa batter on the hot skillet and spread it thin circle using the ladle.
  4. Take two spoon full of kheema masala and spread it on half circle over the dosa.
  5. Drizzle few drops of oil over the top and close the skillet ,boil the dosa in medium flame for 4 mins or until edges turn to golden brown.
  6. Fold the dosa from one side and serve hot.
