Christmas Lingers

Given that the holiday season ends on January 6th, The Day of the Magi Kings, I have been a bit surprised by the number of Christmas decorations that remain in public places.

During my wanderings yesterday I passed this Christmas tree in a park in the Roma neighborhood...

And last night Alejandro took a photo of this tree in front of the World Trade Center...

However, this afternoon when Alejandro and I passed the World Trade Center, workers were taking the tree down.
